Thanks everyone.

It just goes to show ya that if you keep putting one day at a time together, one after another you too can get ........... ummmm ..... old.

So when I came in to the program I was an old man in my early 30s who was overweight 250, out of shape sad sack thinking that the best years had passed me by.

So now I'm in the best shape of my life and this weekend I'm going to trivate party north of Willitz with a bunch of crazy Burners. I am taking a beautiful younger woman with me and I have classes and demonstrations set up all weekend where I'll be practicing the erotic arts with many women there. Now I'm living life to the fullest on life's terms and loving every minute of it. Even the things I didn't plan.

Just a day at a time. Hint, I know I will have Gratitude at least once a day. It's the pasword on one of my computers.
